Possibly relevant for your Half-Life or Vault-Tec RP needs, the secret tunnel underneath the town of Los Alamos, NM has been declassified!
So, I present to you the news blurb that brought it to my attention and some extra footage.
The weird thing about the extra footage is that the dialogue is all in the left audio channel and everything else is on the right.
Anyhow, I doubt that this particular tunnel stretches all the way to Española and Black Mesa in particular, but it is something. No public tours are available yet and probably won't be until a bit before the secret tunnel is designated a National Historic Site.
